Went clubbing for the first time on Saturday night! It was HQ that we went to. It's a great place to go to if you wanna drink and dance and stuff, but I'm not really into that so I didn't really enjoy myself much hehe. The lights were cool though! Lol. I went with Terrie, Sarah, Angelo and Danielle and met two of Sarah's friends Karl and Dan (*winks at Terrie* hehe) there.

Dunno if I'd go again any time soon, Sarah asked me to go again this weekend with her though =P.

But yeah...Final Fantasy XII is coming out on Thursday! About time! And I think another Sims 2 expansion pack is coming out soon too...haha. Can't wait to play FFXII though =D. Oh! And we're getting Foxtel on the 28th! Yaaaaay lol.

Updaaate

Hiiii!

Haven't been up to too much lately, been to three 18th birthday parties over the last few weeks though - Daniel's, Kim's and Sarah's.

Daniel's was cool, there was a group of about maybe 12 people who sat and chatted for most of the night (we had to be picked up at 9:30pm 'coz Mum had work the next day). Kim's was a fancydress party, we went to spotlight and bought this cloak pattern and bought some material, and Mum made us a cloak so we could go wearing the Harry Potter uniforms! It looked cooool haha. Mum took pictures =P. Her party was good too =).

We had a BBQ for Australia Day too - Sarah stayed over that night and we took some piccies, Sarah and I had some drinkies too hehe. I tried some Vodka Cruisers at Kim's party and liked 'em, which was weird 'coz I think the year before (or before that...) I tried it and hated it, lol. I had four I think...and Sarah had these Blue Pulse thingies that made her mouth blue haha.

Sarah's 18th birthday party was yesterday, it was fuuun. Sarah drove us to her place around 12:30pm and we put up a lot of balloons (probably the same amount that had popped...*rubs ears*) and picked up her friends Carly and Ashlee (sp?), and some other things. Sarah had already had two Johhny Walker's buy the time people showed up (7pm) haha. She was reeaaall drunk by the time we left (12:30am), she told us she'd had 15 drinks! It was cool though, I sat with Danielle, Terrie, Angelo, Kristen, Daniel and Leigh and chatted for most of the night (and took a few piccies).

Trying to get back into driving lessons now. Dad had been driving the Hyundai Accent to work over the last couple of weeks 'coz we haven't had any lessons, but now he leaves the car here because we said we'd wanna have lessons again soon =P.

Blah I type so muuuccchh -_-. Anywho, ciao!

Happy Christmas/New Year!

Hope everyone had a good Christmas/New Years!

Mine was good - Christmas Day was spent with Mum, Dad and Danielle. We had a christmas lunch, that was cool :P. Aaaand we got a new camera, a graphics tablet and two PS2 games (Need For Speed Carbon and The Superman Returns game, lol). We got Dad some footy DVD's and Mum some PJ's and a book called "Marley & Me" which is really cool, Mum loved it ^_^.

New Years was cool. Terrie and Kim came over and we sat in the kitchen for a while listening/singing along to Mum and Dad singing karaoke hehe. After a while we went down to the spare room and played Singstar (hadn't played it in aaages). Mum gave us some champagne to drink (Terrie had most of it :P) And I had some coke and southern comfort (sp?) which was nice - first alcoholic drink I found I actually like :P.

Other than that, I've barely been doing aannything. We went to Monarto and yeah...Mum rented the first two seasons of The OC and we just bought the third season (finished watching it yesterday), so we've spent many days just lounging around watching that, lol. There's two party's coming up too - Daniel's 18th b'day party is on Friday and Kim's 18th is the Saturday after that. Kim's is a fancydress party, so I need to find something to wear to that, lol.

11月30日

Year 12 formal/graduation dinner

'ellooo.

Our school's year 12 formal was on Friday, it was pretty good ^_^. Danielle and I had to get up early 'coz we had a hair appointment at 10am >_< lol. I think we were done at about...11:30am. We had a makeup artist come at around 12:30pm and Terrie and Sarah came somewhere around there while me or Danielle were getting our makeup done.

We took photos, changed into our dresses, etc. and took more photos, then finally went to Steph's house where three Buick's came at 6pm. Sarah, Danielle, me, another Sarah and her boyfriend Matt went in a dark purple buick. It was cool hehe ("*waves at people in cars passing by*").

After we reached the Sempahore Palias (probably got there around 7-ish), we said hey to the other year 12's there, found our table, etc. and everyone went around taking pictures and stuff. There were speeches from teachers, dinner and awards at the beginning of the night, and after that there was music played from a juke box thingo and we could have photos taken upstairs (I took my shoes off after going up the stairs once - MY GOD THE PAIN! Lol).

I think we ended up leaving around 11pm 'coz Mum and Dad arrived to pick Danielle, Sarah and I up (they were already in town for a christmas function somewhere :P).

The graduation dinner was on Monday too, at the Central Districts Foot Club (I think that's right haha, my year 7 graduation thing was there too lol). It was alright...It was also the first time the school had had a graduation outside the school, so I assumed it wasn't gunna be perfect haha. We met up with Terrie, Sarah and Terrie's dad at around 6:30pm and we grabbed a table at the back (there weren't many tables left and there were problems because families couldn't sit together as the seating arrangements weren't that good).

There were more teachers from teachers, music performances and stuff too. It was a buffet dinner as well - it took soooo long for everyone to get food and it wasn't really that good...I think the next segment thingo of the night was about 45 minutes later than it was supposed to be aheh. Other parts of the night were shortened as well.

Fiiiinally they gave out our certificates and medal thingy, and we could go into this room and get photos taken which could be bought from Harvey Norman the next day (Danielle, Terrie and I all got photos taken).

And...yeah! We've got the graduation photos back now I might scan them when I can be bothered, haha. Added a photo album with the formal pics too :).

Hmm, that was a longer blog than I was aiming for...oh well haha.

Gerard McCabe Jewellers Celebrity Tennis Challenge! takes breath

Hellooo! Well Mum, Danielle and I went to the tennis thingo on the 18th of November. This is what I posted on ACOF...(can't be stuffed typing anything haha)

"This is my first little review-like thingy...so here I go! I'll try and make it short...ish!

I went with my Mum and sister Danielle and we got there at about...5:20pm. We went to the cafeteria and got to meet a bunch of forumers (great to meet you guys :) - love the little banner Kanisa! ^_^ ) and after a snack we went and found our seats (we were kinda high up but it wasn't too bad).

And the show started! Of course Anth got the usual short jokes... ("Well folks they don't get much bigger than this! Well actually they do..." "Anthony, can you see over the net?" *shakes head*) I really enjoyed watching the tennis, there were some pretty funny moments (including poor Pat Rafter getting hit on the head with a ball from Corrine Grant's serve :P ) and Anth did a few cool moves to score his team a few points :).

Saving the best for last, Anth closed the show with an awesome performance of The Prayer, A New Chapter, Addicted to You, Live for Love and Rain. That would have been the best I've heard Anthony perform The Prayer, it was great! I really like A New Chapter! And Addicted to You is really cool ^_^. Anth got the crowd clapping along during Rain too.

After Anth's performance, Danielle, Mum and I dashed down to where he would be signing. My gawd the line was huuuge! Probably waited in line for about...half an hour maybe :P. I gave Mum the camera in case we were allowed to have pics with him, but It turned out that we couldn't :(. Oh well.

When we finally reached Anthony he asked us if we enjoyed the show and what our names where (Danielle got the Live for Love single signed and I got my forum tag signed :) ). I was sooo nervous, I think the only thing I said to Anth was "Hi!" "Yep!" "I'm rainbow_butterflies" (on ACOF) and "thanks!" lol!

I was so pumped after that, I messaged a couple of my friends telling them that I'd met Anthony, haha.

The digital camera that I brought doesn't have good zoom so the pictures didn't look very good. I did record a little bit of some of the tennis games that Anth played in! And since we only have dialup here at home I don't think I'd be able to upload any videos of him playing tennis :(. Buuut I did make a few little animated pictures for you all to look at! ^_^

So yeah...it was a very memorable night, lol! I'll post a few piccies for you guys to look at :).
